We are a small batch bbq sauce company out of Baldwinsville NY established 2023. All three owners are nurses at Upstate Hospital, and two of the three of us are military veterans. While one of our owners was deployed during the midst of Covid our passion for bbq blossomed, John spent much of his time deployed in Cuba bbqing and smoking meats for his fellow Soldiers during his downtime. He developed our Original sauce and received rave reviews and high demand to produce it. Meanwhile, myself and our third partner, Josh, had purchased pellet smokers and obsessively worked to achieve backyard bbq perfection back home and posted many of our exploits on Instagram. We developed three additional sauces, our Carolina Gold, Tennessee Red Sauce, and Alabama White Sauce. Our aim is to have a line of sauces that any backyard bbq enthusiast can use to achieve excellent bbq regardless of the cut of meat they choose. I hope this helps!
